By accessing capebionics.com (the "Site") or downloading the CAPE Health application (the "App"), you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions of supply.

The Site and App are provided for personal, informational, and clinical-workflow use. You may:

Browse content and download materials we make publicly available.
Submit enquiries, register for white papers, and book consultations.
Access the prescriber workflow within the App, if you are a registered CAPE prescriber.

03Account & access

If you register for an account in the CAPE Health App, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your login or allow access to anyone other than yourself or your authorised clinic staff.

04Content & copyright

All content on the Site and App — including text, images, white papers, AutoTailor diagrams, video, and software — is © CAPE Bionics Pty Ltd unless otherwise marked. You may quote brief excerpts with proper attribution; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial portions without prior written permission.
